Meet Julia

I love the art of finding.  Finding the best restaurants, the best glass of wine, the best wallpaper, and since I have two kids, finding the pairs to all of the mismatched socks; but above all, I love the art of finding the best home.  Whether it is someone’s first home, forever home, next home, or investment home, I love to find it! 

I often tell my clients that “we will know it when we find it.”  That sentiment applies to so many areas of our lives; the small moments of finding the right pair of jeans, or the important “ah-ha” moments we are so lucky to experience. When I started my career in real estate, I knew, I HAD FOUND IT!  My passion.  

Now, more than a decade later, I am proud to have had the honor of helping hundreds of clients buy, sell, relocate, and invest.  My success can be seen in accolades such as ReMax Team Chairman's award, ReMax Team Diamond award, and individual ReMax Platinum awards.  More importantly my success can be seen in the relationships and friendships I have formed. I’m never more tickled than when a client sends me pictures of wallpaper they think I might like, calls to share a "first" in their new home, or refers me to their friends and family. My success will always be found in the relationships that I am so lucky to have.

When I am not working, you can find my husband, two kids, my dog Charlie, and I finding and enjoying all of the best treasures around Rochester.—From playgrounds, to restaurants, to local shops & estate sales, and okay, a spa or two, I’m constantly on the hunt, and truly enjoying the art of finding.
